In the bath pour five drops of Lavender to nurture yourself.
In a burner, during the day try two drops of Lemon, three drops of Lime and two drops of Lavender to keep yourself clear and focussed, and in the evening change it around and use three drops of Lavender and four drops of Orange to slow it down and prepare for a beautiful rest filled night. The options are endless.
