How bookings on Tarot.net.au work

Your reading is provided directly by an independent reader. Tarot.net.au is a directory and booking service that connects clients with Australian tarot readers. When you book a time:

1. The time is reserved and we email you a tax invoice with bank transfer details. The total is the reader's listed rate plus Tarot.net.au's service commission.

2. Once your payment clears, the booking is confirmed and both you and your reader are notified.

3. Your reader contacts you through your Tarot.net.au messages to arrange how the session happens — phone, video call or chat — and delivers your reading at the booked time. They are your point of contact for anything about the session.

4. Tarot.net.au passes the reader's full listed rate on to them and retains only the service commission.

If payment isn't received before the session time, the booking is released and the time returns to the calendar. Need to reschedule? Message your reader as early as possible, or contact hello@tarot.net.au.
